摘　　要：本文就如何适应 2 1世纪的社会主义市场经济对人才提出的要求 ,探讨了高校德育教学的地位、目标及教学改革的思路 ,强调高校德育教学应站在时代高度 ,在教学内容、方式和方法上积极适应新世纪的需求 ,充分发挥德育的育人功能 。This essay discusses how to meet the needs of talents in socialism market economy during the 21st Century and makes an inquiry into the moral educational position, purpose and thinking of teaching and studying reform of institution of higher learning. It emphasizes that moral education should adapt itself to the development and the need of times in teaching and studying content and ways. It also emphasizes to develop the culturing function of the moral education in order to bring up the high qualified and synthetic talents for the new century.
