摘　　要：简要地概述了非完整力学的基本概念、变分原理、运动方程、专门问题、积分方法、代数结构与几何方法，论述了非完整力学未来发展的趋势，包括９０篇参考文献．This is a concise review of nonholonomic mechanics. It deals with the fundamental concepts, variational principles, equations of motion, special problems, integration methods, algebraic structure, and the geometrical methods of nonholonomic mechanics. It also points out some problems for future research. There are 90 references.
