摘　　要：数学建模与数学实验是以数学创新为目标 ,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点 ,造就信息时代数字化人才的课程 ,是使数学教育走向计算机化的教学轨道的基础 ,是数学创新教育的需要。彻底改革数学教育 ,全面推进素质教育 ,把数学建模和数学实验凸现于数学学科的课程建设之中 。Mathematical modelling and experiment are the inevitable products of modern mathematical education. They are the bases for the computerization of mathematic education and the needs for mathematic creative education. Aiming at mathematic innovation which lays great emphasis on the cultivating of the students' originality and practical competence, Mathematical modelling and experiment are the courses to cultivate talented people in computer. If the mathematic education is to be thoroughly reformed and quality education be fully promoted, mathematical modelling and experiment must be embodied in the course constuction, which is also a task of top priority in emergent for educational reform.
