摘 要:以稻草为原料 ,利用酵母菌和真菌混合发酵生产蛋白饲料 ,试验表明 :单纯通过产纤维素酶菌的培养对富集蛋白的效果并不显著 ,而经产纤维素酶菌与酵母菌混合发酵可大幅提高产品的蛋白质含量。本试验选用 2株真菌、3株酵母与白地霉共培养 ,发酵后产物中蛋白质含量提高了 2倍 ,并含有多种氨基酸 ,纤维素、半纤维素降解率分别为 2 9.49% ,17.5 8%The protein feed can be produced from straw through co-fermentation by yeast and fungus. The experiment showed that the effects of the single fermentation with cellulose to improve the protein content were not remarkeble, but the protein content of the products was increased greatly through co-fermentation by cellulose and yeast. The protein content of the product was doubled after fermented by two stems of fungus and four stems of yeast and the product included many kinds of amino acid. The degradation rate of cellulose and semi-cellulose was 24.49% and 17.58% respectively.
