本科教育创新型人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：我校举办本科教育已有二年时间 ,目前已经发展为四个专业 ,二届 3 5 0名学生。深入思考创新性人才培养模式问题 ,对于办好本科教育具有十分重要的意义。本文从本科人才培养目标、教学方案设计和教学方法等方面对创新型人才培养模式问题进行了系统的研究和具体的设计。写此文的目的在于 ,在本科教育的管理中明晰思路 ,把握好正确的方向 ,稳步地把工作做好。It has been two years since we began to recruit undergraduate students.Now we have four majors with 350 students of two grades.Thinking deeply about the education mode of innovative talents is of great importance to the undergraduate education.This article,with respect to the goal of cultivation,design of the teaching plan,teaching method,etc,systematically studies and thoroughly designs the education mode of innovative talents.The purpose of this article lies in gaining clear thoughts,sticking to correct direction and carrying out steady work.
