摘　　要：以验证性、综合性、设计性实验为主线 ,对高师生物专业五门专业基础课的实验体系进行了系统的改革和实践。On the basis of the testing, comprehensive and design experiment, the paper dealt with the systema- tic reform and practice of the experiments of the five basic courses of biology science in order to cultivate students' ability to conduct experiments and do experiment teaching.
