摘  要:肉类食品扶正固本药膳香辛料──八珍滋补肉食香料是根据我国传统的中医食疗原则,针对目前我国人民生活习惯、消费水平、食物结构和身体状况,选择具有滋补作用的中草药和常用的香辛料,经烘干、粉碎、混合,精制而成。动物试验结果表明:该产品具有明显的扶正固本作用,无致突变作用和毒性反应。According to the diet therapy principle in traditional chinese medical science, and inconsideration with the present habits, customs, consuming level, food pattern and health condition of food con-sumers,an“eight precious ingredients for nutritious spice” for meat processing was developed. It is manufactured from eight kinds of selected medical herbs and common spices by drying, milling and mixing. The product has obviously effect on reinforcing body resistance to restoring normal function of body to consolidate the constitution and it has been proved neither mutation nor toxicity action.
