摘 要:“微格教学”作为一种师资培训方法经历了一个不断发展和完善的过程,并在教学中显现出强大的生命力.在微格教学实践中,我们发现从教学实施的角度来培训教师的教学技能,提高自己的教学能力是不够的,对没有教学经验的师范生来讲尤其如此.于是我们从构成教学能力的三个主要要素着手,运用系统的方法来构建一种新的培训师范生教学能力的微格教学培训模式,以不断巩固并发展微格教学的理论和实践成果.As a method of training teachers, microteaching has experienced continuous development and perfection, and shows great vitality in teaching. In practicing microteaching training, we have found that it is not enough to train teachers' teaching techniques and improve their teaching abilities as far as teaching implementation is concerned, especially for those inexperienced normal university students. Therefore, we start from three main factors of teaching ability, set up a new microteaching pattern of training normal university students' teaching abilities by using systematic ways, so that we can continuously consolidate and develop microteaching theories and achievements we have made so far.
