摘　　要：教师作为人类文化的传播者 ,人类灵魂的工程师 ,在跨世纪的文化传承、发展中起着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。同时对培养新世纪的人才起着不可替代的重要作用。因此发掘师道传统精华 。As instructors to spread human knowledge and engineers of human soul,teachers play an important and indispensable role in developing cross century human culture and training talents of the new century.Therefore,to explore and inherent the essence of traditional Chinese way of being a teacher is a feasable way to increase teachers′ quality.
