摘　　要：综述了分析型全蒸发器技术在啤酒发酵过程中的应用状况 。The application of the analytical pervaporation technology to the fermentation of beer is reviewed. In addition, the structures of an analytical pervaporator and a continuous manifold coupled with it are introduced.
