摘　　要：开展教学评价是宏观调控教学的主要措施之一,它可以为学校的教学管理科学决策提供依据和参考.搞好教学评价工作,一要树立全新的评价观念;二要建构科学、合理的评价方法;三要保证评价的实效性.Carrying out teaching evaluation is one of the major measurement of macro-controlling. It provides the scientific basis and reference for the teaching administration. In order to do the work well. we should first build up new evaluation idea ; Secondly, construct scientific, reasonable evaluation means; Thirdly, guarentee the practical evaluation results.
