摘 要:郑州工程学院化学化工系,郑州The process of extracting maize yellow pigment from corn gluten was studied. Sereral solvents were compared and selected.95% ethyl alcohol was determined as the optimum solvent for maize yellow with higher rate of extraction, lower toxicity, easier recycled and lower consumption. Different treatments to corn gluten were conducted and compared . The results showed that the rate of extraction was improved considerably after the treatment of enzyme - hydrolysis. The optimum parameters were enzyme concentration 1.2%, substrate concentration 5 % , pH 7.8 - 8 .0, duration of hydrolysis 6h.
