“三转三精”理念下的高职思政课教学模式的研究

摘  要:教学针对性不强、学生主体性不明显、学生积极性不高和学习效果固化差,是当前高职思想政治理论课教学中较为常见的问题。为解决这一问题,提出了"三转三精"的理念。树立"三转",即教材体系向教学体系转变、教师主体向学生主体转变、以终结性考核为主向以过程性考核为主转变;提倡"三精",即教师精讲、学生精练和成绩精评的执教理念;构建专题化教学、学习任务体系和任务主导型成绩评价有机统一的教学模式。这有助于增强教学的针对性、实践性和实效性。There are some common problems in the teaching of the course of Ideological and Political Theories in vocational colleges such as the weak pertinency of the teaching, the nonobvious subjectivity of the students, the low level of their learning initiatives and the poor solidification of their learning effects. “Three Transformations” means the transformation from the teaching material system to the teaching system, the transformation from the teachers' subjectivity to the students' subjectivity and the transformation from the summative-assessment orientation to the process-assessment orientation. “ Three Intensivenesses” means the teaching concepts of the teachers' intensive teaching, the students' intensive practice and the intensive performance appraisal. Under the concept of “Three Transformations and Three Intensivenesses”, this essay introduces the establishment of the teaching mode integrating the special topicrelated teaching with the learning task system and the task-based performance appraisal, which can help enhance the pertinency, practicality and effectiveness of the teaching.
