摘 要:目的对呼和浩特市市售食品被单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌污染状况调查并分析,为食品卫生监督人员提供该菌对本市食品污染的科学数据。方法根据国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册及GB/T 4789-2010国家食品卫生微生物学检验方法进行食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测。结果监测8类744份食品样本,共检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌10株,阳性率为1.34%,生肉制品和散装食品阳性率分别为4.71%和1.63%,农贸市场检出率为2.56%。结论呼市市售食品一定程度受到单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的污染,尤以生肉制品较为突出,散装食品污染严重,农贸市场检出率最高。建议加强对这几类食品的监督以及对农贸市场的管理。Objective In order to provide a scientific evidence for health supervision,an investigation on Listeria monocytogenes contamination in foods was completed in Hohhot. Method The investigation was performed according to National Surveillance of Food borne Pathogens Manual and GB/T 4789-2010. Results 744 samples of 8 kinds of foods were examined. 10 (1.34%) Listeria monocytogenes isolates were identified.The positive rate in meat products was 4.71%, in unpacked foods was 1.63%, and in farmers market foods was 2.56%. Conclusions Test results signify that foods, particularly the meat products and unpacked food, in Hohhot were contaminated by L. monocytogenes. The positive rate of L.monocytogenes in the foods that had been got from farmers market was the highest.Food hygiene supervision department should increase supervision of raw meat and unpacked foods and strengthen the management of hygiene of farmers market.
