摘  要:应用多体动力学软件ADAMS,针对某全浮式商用车驾驶室在路况较差时产生剧烈振动的问题,建立了整车多刚体动力学模型;并基于此模型进行了平顺性仿真试验。通过对驾驶室悬置系统刚度和阻尼参数的正交优化设计,试验得出不同车速下的优化方案;并对各个车速的优化结果进行正交权衡分析得到最终可实施的全车速下的最优方案。经过实车试验验证,全车速下的最优方案能够明显提高驾驶室的乘坐舒适性,表明正交权衡分析法效果理想,具有一定的工程指导意义。By the applications of multibody dynamics software ADAMS,for a commercial vehicle with full-float cab suspension in traffic intense vibration,the vehicle multi-body dynamics mode was built.Based on the model,the cab ride comfort experiment was simulated.Considerd with simulation data which was carried out on the front and rear suspension stiffness and damping,it is concluded that the orthogonal optimization program was obtained under different speed.The orthogonal balanced analysis was used to analyze the optimizations of Various speeds and then it come out the result.The result is suitable for full speeds optimizations.And finally verified by full-scale trial,it is concluded that optimal decision can significantly improve the ride comfort of cab.It is It is proved that the trade-off optimization results are satisfactory and has engineering significance.
