摘 要:采用"小学教育专业认同感量表"和调查问卷,以广东5所高校的1 466名小学教育专业的学生为被试,结合访谈法考察小学教育专业学生的专业认同感及其影响因素。结果表明:不同性别、不同办学水平高校的小学教育专业学生专业认同感及其影响因素具有不同特点。高校应根据不同学生群体的专业认同感特点,有针对性地采取措施,增强小学教育专业学生的专业认同感,促进小学教育专业发展。This paper applies "Primary education professional identity scale" and questionnaire in order to explore normal students' primary education professional identity and its influencing factors. The re- sults show that the normal students' primary education professional identity is low in general. The primary education professional identity of normal students in "211" universities is higher than that of normal students form other universities. Gender makes the difference as well. Colleges should take specific measures to improve students' primary education professional identity level, enhance students' learning motivation and promote students' professional identity as well as promoting the progress of elementary Education major.
