樟子松树皮多酚体外抗氧化活性的研究

摘　　要：樟子松中含有多糖、黄酮、多酚类物质、有机酸、鞣质等丰富的有效成分,具有药用开发价值。以樟子松树皮为原料,对经过提取及大孔树脂D101纯化后的化学成分以及松多酚的体外抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明:樟子松树皮经过纯化后原花青素、黄酮以及多酚类物质含量分别(0.3158±0.0215)mg/mg、(0.0022±0.0004)mg/mg以及(0.6414±0.0586)mg/mg;樟子松树皮多酚具有较强的体外抗氧化活性,可以有效的清除DPPH自由基、羟自由基、ABTS+自由基,并且具有很强的抑制卵黄脂蛋白过氧化能力以及总还原能力。Pinus sylvestris L. is rich in active ingredients including polysaccharides ,flavonoids, phenolic substances,organic acids,tannins and so on. It is valuable in medicinal development. Using P.sylvestris. bark as raw materials,the composition after extraction and purification was studied and evaluated and the antioxidant activities of P.sylvestris. bark polyphenols in vitro was evaluated respectively. The results showed that after purification with D101 macroporous resin column chromatography,the the content of anthocyanins, flavonoids and polyphenols,were （0.3158±0.0215）, （0.0022±0.0004）, （0.6414±0.0586）mg/mg respectively. And P.sylvestris. bark polyphenols had strong antioxidant activity in vitro. It could scavenge free DPPH radicals, hydroxy radicals, and ABTS; radicals effectively, and had strong inhibition capacity in peroxidation of yolk lipoprotein and reducing power.
