摘 要:课程辅导教师是影响开放大学教学质量、学习完成率和学生满意度的关键角色。网络教育时代,为适应社会对开放大学教育服务定位和人才培养质量的需求,我国开放大学建设所推进的系列教学改革势必会冲击传统广播电视大学系统中课程辅导教师的角色定位、职责与能力要求。该文在文献研究基础上,采用DACUM工作分析、问卷调查、访谈与观察等方法对北京开放大学辅导教师角色定位与职能需求进行实证调查。研究发现,开放大学课程辅导教师需要同时扮演远程教学与学生支持双重角色,承担更多课程教学设计工作,是落实"以学生为中心"的远程教学改革的关键教师角色,并具有角色融合、团队辅导等发展趋势。该研究定义出辅导教师七项职能,并对其核心职能与辅助职能、如何开展协作教学、远程辅导重心与对象转变等问题进行了讨论。该文希望对我国开放大学课程辅导教师队伍建设与专业能力研究提供理论支持与研究依据。Course tutor is a key role that influences instruction quality and learning completion rate of Open University. For now, open universities in China have been undergoing a reform in teaching model and learning model, which will definitely challenge role defining, functions and competency of course tutor in traditional Radio and TV University. This paper presents an empirical study of the role defining and functional transform of course tutor of open universities in online education era by applying both quantitative and qualitative methods, including DACUM job analysis process, questionnaires, interviews and observation. It was found in this study that course tutor need to play both distance teacher and learner supporter, shoulder more responsibility on instruction design, and will become a key role for promote "leaner-centered" reform in distance education. The paper introduces course tutor's DAUCM profile defined in this study. Based on the job analysis results, some reflections on course tutor's development trend, core functions, collaborative distance teaching, and a shift in work focus of distance tutoring are also discussed in the paper. This paper hopes to provide theoretical basis and research references for professional development and competency study of course tutor in open universities in online education era.
