摘　　要：高校非学历教育的发展,需要建立良好的管理体制和运行机制。随着我国经济建设的快速发展,高校非学历教育也迎来了一个大好的发展机遇。本文通过分析和研究欧美发达国家高校和国内高校非学历教育管理模式,认为高校依据各自具体情况选择和确立相应的管理模式,建立健全管理体制和运行机制,是促进高校非学历教育健康快速发展的关键。A good management system and operational mechanism is needed with the development of non- academic education in colleges and universities.This paper studies the non- academic education management mode in European and American universities as well as in China,concludes that a sound management system and operational mechanism,and a corresponding management mode consistent to their specific situation colleges and universities,should be established,which are the key factors to promote a rapid development of college non- academic education.
