摘  要:中高职衔接是满足社会对高端技能型人才的需要,是完善现代职业教育体系的必然要求。分析中高职衔接模式、现状,重点探讨食品营养与检测专业中高职课程衔接。It is necessary for the connection of secondary and higher vocational education to meet the social needs of high-tech human resources and improvement of modem vocation educational system. The excellent pattern of the connection of curriculum between secondary and higher vocational education and its situation are analysised in the article. The special point is payed on their connection of curriculum between higher and secondary vocational education for the profession of food nutrition and detection.
