摘　　要：食品添加剂课程的实践性与应用性很强,理论知识比较抽象,在教学中应合理运用多种教学方法和手段,转变教学观念,树立"以学生为主体,以教师为主导"的全新教学理念,充分激发学生的学习兴趣和主观能动性,变被动学习为主动学习,课程的教学效果和教学质量均得到了有效的提高。Food sdditives course is a very practical and applied science, and the theoretical knowledge are abstract, we should rationally use a variety of teaching methods and measures, change the teaching ideas, setting up new teaching ideas of“student-oriented and teacher-led”, fully arouse student＇s study interest and initiatives. So, the students should change their learning attitudes from passive learning to autonomous learning. Good teaching effects and quality are obtained.
