摘  要:明确教师专业发展需求既是教师专业发展的内在动力,也是提高教师培训针对性和有效性的需要。采用问卷和实地访谈相结合的方式,从调查对象个体基本情况、专业发展内在动力、培训内容和培训形式需求4个维度17个考察点对襄阳市幼儿教师专业发展需求进行相关调查。发现本市幼儿园教师专业发展愿望迫切,专业发展的内在动力强大,希望得到提升;不同性质和不同地域幼儿园的教师在知识需求的内容和培训形式方面存在一些差异。针对幼儿教师专业发展需求的特点和差异,文章提出了满足其专业发展需求的对策与建议。Precisely grasping the demands for teacher' s professional development is the intrinsic motivation for it and will improve relevance and effectiveness of teacher's training as well. In order to figure out the real demands for the development, the author has conducted relevant investigations by the method of questionnaire surveys combing with interview from the following four dimensions and seventeen points such as basic information, intrinsic motivation,training content, training form, etc. The investigations show that nursery teachers in XiangYang, in hope of getting promotion, have urgent desire of professional development and powerful intrinsic motivation. However, there remain differences in the demand for knowledge requirement and training form among nursery teachers with different natures in different regions. In view of the natures and differences of the demand for nursery teacher' s professional development, this article tries to bring up countermeasures and suggestions to satisfy it.
