摘  要:利用Alcalase碱性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶水解花生粕制得高F值寡肽混合物(F值为24.6)。对此混合物进行缓解疲劳功能实验,结果表明:实验组与对照组相比,灌胃不同剂量花生粕高F值寡肽混合物30 d后,小鼠的转棒时间明显提高,血清尿素氮含量显著降低,肝糖原和肌糖原有一定程度的提高,花生粕高F值寡肽混合物具有明显的缓解疲劳作用。High F ratio oligopeptide mixture ( F ratio 24.6 ) was prepared by enzymatic hydrolyzing pea- nut meal with alkaline protease Alcalase and papain. The function of relieve fatigue of the mixture was tested. The results showed that the rolling stick time of the mice which were given a dose of high F ratio oligopeptide by intragastric administration increased significantly, the content of serum urea nitrogen (SUN) decreased significantly, the content of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen increased in some degree. The high F ratio oligopeptide mixture from peanut meal had significant relieve fatigue effect.
