摘　　要：幼儿园音乐教学是关注幼儿音乐经验的一种教育活动,它经历两次转换。第一次是知识形态转换,在教学设计环节完成,旨在把听觉形态的音乐符号转换成表演形态的事件性的运动觉符号,其实质是为音乐符号找参照物;第二次是教学方式转换,在教学实施环节完成,旨在把教学由传统的关注教转向关注学,其实质是引导幼儿把玩参照物。Music teaching and learning in kindergarten experience. There are two transfers in it. The first is the transfer stage. It means to transfer aural music to visual is an activity for children to gain music of knowledge form in the teaching designing one, of which the key point is to create reference of music. The second is the transfer of teaching ways in the teaching implementing stage. It means to transfer teaching to learning, of which the key point is to let children play reference in the process of learning.
