摘　　要：中高职衔接是现代职业教育体系的重要内容,中高职要注重人才培养目标、专业设置、课程体系等方面的延续与衔接。陕西国防工业职业技术学院依托陕西国防职教集团,成立校企合作工作站,创新人才培养模式和课程体系,探索实践"3+2"联合培养模式。The cohesion of high and secondary vocational education plays a critical part in the current vocational system, which helps to propel the reform and development of high and secondary vocational education so as to cultivate the high skilled talents systematically. High and secondary vocational education should stress the cohesion and extension of the talent training goal, professional settings, and curriculum and so on. Combined with the current cohesion situation of high and secondary vocational education, based on ShaanXi Institute of Technology Education Group, university-enterprise cooperation workstation was set up to explore talent training mode and curriculum system, and finally to realize “3＋2”joint training mode, which demands that the cohesion of high and secondary vocational education be furtherly improved.
