摘 要:使用茶与茶制品紧密堆积密度测定仪对所采集的碎茶和茶制品的紧密堆积密度进行测定,比较振动次数对测定结果的影响,并对测定方法的重复性进行了研究。结果表明,片末型碎茶在振动150次后,紧密堆积密度基本达到稳定值;颗粒型碎茶在振动100次后,紧密堆积密度基本达到稳定值;茶制品在振动100次后,紧密堆积密度基本达到稳定值。对于碎茶和茶制品的紧密堆积密度连续测定10次后,其结果的变异系数均小于1%。碎茶紧密堆积密度测定,振动次数宜选用150次;茶制品紧密堆积密度测定,振动次数宜选用100次。所建立的测定方法对于碎茶和茶制品紧密堆积密度测定结果的重复性均较高。The compacted bulk densities of broken tea and tea products were measured by tea and tea products compacted bulk densities measuring apparatus in this study, in which the impacts of vibration times on the result were compared. Meanwhile, the repeatability of this method was also discussed. The results showed that optimum vibration times of piece-type broken tea were 150, particle-type broken tea were 100 and tea products were 100. The variable coefficient of both broken tea and tea products stacking density with 10 times detection was less than 1%. The optimum vibration times for broken tea were 150 and the optimum vibration times for tea products were 100. The determination methods for both broken tea and tea products stacking density had fine repetition.
