摘  要:[目的]探析医学研究生教育改革实践,为医学研究生教育改革提供借鉴,以期提高研究生教学培养质量。[方法]从贯穿教育全过程的研究生培养方案的修订、设置研究生优质课程建设项目体系、管理体系及支持体系等方面分别进行论述,总结浙江中医药大学医学研究生教育改革取得的成效。[结果]研究生教育考核,改变了传统笔试的考核方式,实行免修、论文写作、开卷、实践考核、上机考等多样化考试方法;实行临床医学专业学位与住院医师规范化培训并轨培养的全新教学模式改革;制定并顺利实施中医、西医临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养方案;实施全程实行一体化管理方式对在校研究生进行管理。一定程度上提高了教学和临床实践水平。[结论]贯穿教育全过程的医学研究生教育改革实践对提高医学研究生教育培养质量有积极意义。[Objective] To analyze medical post-graduate education reform practice, provide reference for the reform of the medical post-graduate education,in order to improve the quality of post-graduate education. [Method] It discusses from the aspects as the revision of the teaching plan which goes through the whole process of post-graduate education, and the establishments of post-graduate quality course construction system, management system and support system, to summarize the achievement of medical post-graduate education reform practice of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. [Result] The traditional evaluation system of post-graduate education has been changed, and a diversified evaluation system including advanced standing, essay writing, uncoiling examination, practice examination, and computerized examination, diversified examination has been set up; we undertook a brand new reform of teaching mode to combine the cultivation of professional degree of clinical medicine and resident standardization training system; developed and successfully implemented the teaching plan of professional master degree of clinical medicine for TCM and western medicine; implemented an integrative graduate students management mode, and to some extent, improved the level of teaching and clinical practice. [Conclusion] The medical post-graduate education reform practice, which goes through the whole process of education, has a positive significance to improve the cultivation quality of medical post-graduate education.
