摘　　要：论述当前高职院校食品加工类专业实践教学中存在的问题,给出在校企合作框架下,实施实践教学改革的途径和意义。The existence problems of the current higher vocational college of food processing specialty practice teaching are discussed, and implementation ways and the significance of practice teaching reform in school enterprise cooperation framework are given.
