摘 要:研究了亚麻籽饼对饲喂高脂日粮大鼠血浆中血脂代谢和抗氧化能力的影响。将40只SD大鼠分成4组(n=10):正常组、高脂模型对照组、低剂量亚麻籽饼组(10%亚麻籽饼)、高剂量亚麻籽饼组(20%亚麻籽饼)。10周后处死SD大鼠,测定其血浆中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平,同时测定血浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性以及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明:亚麻籽饼可以显著降低SD大鼠血浆中TC、TG、LDL-C的水平,但对HDL-C无显著影响;亚麻籽饼可以提高SD大鼠血浆中GSH-Px、SOD、CAT的活性,同时增加GSH水平,降低MDA的含量。研究表明:亚麻籽饼可以改善饲喂高脂日粮对SD大鼠机体产生的不良影响,能够有效地提高抗氧化能力,缓解氧化应激和调节血脂代谢。The effects of flaxseed cake on lipid metabolism in plasma and antioxidant activity of rats fed a high- fat diet were studied. Forty SD rats were divided into four groups( n = 10) : control group,hyperlipidemia model control group,low dose flaxseed cake group( 10% flaxseed cake) and high dose flaxseed cake group( 20% flaxseed cake). The rats were sacrificed after ten weeks' feeding,and the levels of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL- C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C) in plasma were determined,and the activities of glutathione peroxidase( GSH- Px),superoxide dismutase( SOD),catalase( CAT) as well as contents of glutathione( GSH) and malondialdehyde( MDA) in plasma were simultaneously determined. The results showed that flaxseed cake could significantly decrease the levels of TC,TG and LDL- C in plasma of SD rats,while it had no remarkable effect on the level of HDL- C; flaxseed cake could improve the activities of GSH- Px,SOD and CAT and the level of GSH,meanwhile it could reduce the content of MDA in plasma of SD rats. The results indicated that flaxseed cake could reduce the harmful effects on rats caused by high- fat diet,effectively enhance the antioxidant activity,relieve oxidative stress and regulate lipid metabolism.
