价值教育智慧的样态及生成

摘　　要：价值教育智慧是教师对教育的属性满足自身需要的关系的合理评价,其样态表现为教育情感、教育意志、教育信仰。教育情感是价值教育智慧的基础,教育意志是价值教育智慧的动力因素,教育信仰是价值教育智慧的最高追求,三者有机统一于价值教育智慧中。教育知识转化为价值教育智慧是必要的,而且是可能的。教师通过构建教育知识的理想形态和运用教育知识正确地评价自己,能够化教育知识为价值教育智慧。Value education wisdom is teachers＇ rational appraisal of the attributes of education meeting their needs,with the state of educational emotion, educational will and educational belief. Educational emotion is the basis of value education wisdom; educational will is the dynamic factor of value education wisdom; and educational belief is the highest pursuit of value education wisdom. The change of education knowledge into value education wisdom is both necessary and possible, and through the construction of ideal education knowledge and use of education knowledge in correctly evaluating oneself, education knowledge will be changed into value education wisdom.
