摘 要:职业能力是教育技术学本科生能力培养的核心内容,也是高校人才培养不可忽视的重要环节。教育技术学本科生职业能力包括专业核心能力、专业方向能力和综合能力。不同层次和类型的高校教育技术专业学生职业能力存在一定差异。从培养目标、课程体系、培养措施和毕业生实习机制等角度来探讨该专业学生职业能力培养中存在的突出问题。围绕课程设置、实践实训、校企联合培养和分专业方向培养四个方面提出促进该专业本科生职业能力提升的针对性策略。Professional abilities are the core cultivation contents of undergraduates of educational technology major,as well as an important part of college talents cultivation that can't be ignored. They include professional core ability,professional orientation ability and comprehensive ability. There are some differences among professional abilities of undergraduates of educational technology major in colleges at different levels and of various types. Some prominent problems in professional abilities cultivation should be discussed from the perspectives of training objectives,curriculum system,cultivation measures,graduate internship mechanism and others. This paper puts forward specific strategies for promoting the professional abilities of undergraduate students of educational technology major in the aspects of curriculum setting,practical training,school and enterprise cooperation and major orientation training.
