摘  要:杨金土先生作为我国当代重要的职业教育研究者之一,不仅有职教领域的行政管理经验和专业的学术研究经历,还直接参与了一些职业院校的创建和办学实践。纵观先生的工作历程及对职业教育的理解,可将其职业教育观归纳为追求"教育公平"的职业教育理想、以人为本的职业教育价值观、植根中国现实的职业教育发展观、"以工作引导学习"的职业教育教学观、"深入实践,敢于创新"的职业教育科研观。As one of the important contemporary researchers of vocational education, Mr. Yang Jintu not only had administrative experience in the field of vocational education and professional academic research experiences, but also directly participated in the founding of some vocational schools and educational practice. Throughout his work experiences and the understandings of vocational education, his views of vocational education can be summed up as: the vocational education ideal of pursuing "educational equality" , the vocational education value of people oriented, the vocational education development concept rooted in the realities of China, the vocational education teaching concept of "working to guide learning" , the vocational education scientific concept of "going deep into practice, daring to innovation" .
