摘  要:通过对我国三所独立设置的职技高师在校师范生中职学校教师职业认同调查,发现学生的职业认同水平不高,虽有着较高的从教意愿与职业准备,但缺乏发自内心的对职业的热爱与追求。其主要原因是学生的职业价值取向与中职学校教师职业存在距离,学校教育对学生职业认同影响力不足,社会经济发展水平与职业教育的社会地位、社会影响力有待进一步提高。Through the secondary vocational school teachers' professional identity survey of students in three of China's higher technology and vocational normal colleges, it is found that the level of students' such professional identity is not very high. It is also found that although these students have relatively strong willing of teaching and enough profession preparation, they lack the inner love and pursuit towards the occupation—secondary vocational school teachers. The main reasons behind the situation are as follows: there is still some distance between students' professional values and the occupation—secondary vocational school teachers; the power of normal school education's influence on students' professional identity is not very strong; socio-economic development level, the social status and influence of vocational education all need to be further improved.
