以终身学习公共服务平台促进学习型城市建设的策略——基于宁波例证的分析

摘　　要：终身学习公共服务平台是学习型城市建设的重要环节,也是促进学习型城市建设的重要技术支撑。本文分析了宁波学习型城市建设及终身学习公共服务平台应用现状,提出营造数字化学习环境、凸显平台集成和辐射功能、拓展多元化在线学习方式、完善支持服务和保障机制等策略,冀以此开创学习型城市建设新局面。Public service platform of lifelong learning is an important part of building a learning city, as well as an important technical support of promoting the construction of learning-type city. This paper analyses the current situation of construction of Ningbo learning city and the current situation of lifelong learning public service platform for application, and proposes policies such as： creating digital learning environments, highlighting the functions of integration and radiation of the learning platform,diversifying online learning, improving support services and guarantee mechanism. All in all, what we do is to create new situation of the construction for learning-type city.
