摘 要:目的 探讨在线互动式案例教学方法在医学专科教育生理学教学中的应用效果及对学生综合学习能力的影响.方法 将学生随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统讲授式教学方法,实验组采用QQ学习群在线互动式案例教学方法,由同一名教师教授消化系统章节内容,通过问卷调查、课后测验评价教学效果.结果 QQ在线互动式案例教学方法有效地调动了学生学习的兴趣和主动性,锻炼了学生综合学习能力,提高了学习效果.实验组学生的课后测验平均成绩与优秀率均明显高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 QQ学习群在线互动式案例教学方法有助于锻炼医学生综合学习能力,提高生理学教学质量,值得深入研究和完善。Objective To explore the effect of on-line interactive case teaching method in physiology study and students' comprehensive learning abilities in medical vocational education.Methods Students were randomly divided into two groups,control group using traditional didactic method and test group using on-line interactive case teaching method through Tencent QQ,to learn digestive physiology.All the students were taught by the same teacher.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and class examination.Results As shown in the questionnaire survey,the learning interest and initiative and the teaching effect of test group were effectively improved,the comprehensive learning ability was trained.Average scores and excellent rates of the class examination were both significantly improved in the test group compared with control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions On-line interactive case teaching method through Tencent QQ is beneficial to train students' comprehensive learning abilities and improve the teaching effect of physiology in medical vocational education,which is worth further exploring.
