摘 要:目的:探讨LBL+PBL+CBL模式在护理学基础理论与实验教学中的作用。方法:将120名护生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用LBL+PBL+CBL教学,对照组采用传统教学法。对两组护生的理论及实验技能进行考核,通过自行设计的问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:试验组理论与实验技能成绩优于对照组(P<0.01),试验组护生对LBL+PBL+CBL模式的各项教学效果评价较好。结论:在护理学基础理论与实验教学中应用LBL+PBL+CBL模式能发挥不同教学方法优势,将理论与实验有机结合,有效提高教学效果和护生的综合能力。Objective To investigate the role of LBL + PBL + CBL mode in theory and experiment teaching of basic nursing. Methods: 120 nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, the methods of PBL+CBL+LBL were adopted by experimental group and traditional teaching methods were adopted by control group. To compare the achievement of theoretical and experimental tests in two groups, and evaluate the teaching effect in experimental group. Results The scores of theoretical and experimental tests revealed that the experimental group ( PBL+CBL+LBL) is significantly higher than those of the control group ( P〈0.01) , and the questionnaire displayed that the teaching evaluation of PBL+CBL+LBL teaching is better. Conclusion Application of method of PBL+ CBL + LBL in theory and experimental teaching of basic nursing can play the advantages of different teaching methods, promote the combination of theory and experiment, improve teaching effectiveness and students' comprehensive abilities.
