摘　　要：医学教师是发展医学教育的重要人力资源,医学教师专业化是保障医学教育教学质量的根本前提。从医学院校教师专业化的内涵出发,分析我国医学教师专业化的重要性及面临的困境,并提出相应策略:建立和完善医学教师专业化发展机制并营造良好的文化环境,提高医学教师的自主意识,加强医学教师教育教学能力建设,积极推进医学教师专业化发展的进程。Medical teacher is the main force to development medical education. Teacher professionalization is the fundamental prerequisite for guaranteeing the medical education quality. This paper analyzes the importance of medical teacher＇s professionalization and the current difficulties from its connotation. It brings up corresponding measures to promote the medical teachers professionalizing development by building and improving the mechanism of medical teacher professionalizing development, constructing favorable cultural environment, raising the teachers＇ self-consciousness, strengthening the construction of medical teachers＇ education and teaching ability.
