美国基础教育视域下“SEC”课程实施调查模式的构建与启示

摘　　要：美国学者波特等人研制的"SEC"调查模式打破了以课堂观察等个案方法收集课堂教学数据的局限,转而为大规模化课堂教学调查提供了有效的程序与方法。该模式的核心框架包括教学内容与课程标准一致性分析、课堂教学实践分析等两方面内容。在实践中,尽管一些学者对"SEC"调查模式的有效性提出质疑,但该模式的应用价值依然受到肯定。基于此,我国应借鉴"SEC"调查模式,为教育教学改革提供有价值的信息。Andrew Porter and John Smithson developed the enacted curriculum survey tools,which are called Surveys of Enacted Curriculum （SEC）. SEC is an effective approach to describe instructional practice on a large scale which is not susceptible to classroom observations. The main frame of SEC model includes： measuring the alignment between instructional content and content standards, analyzing instructional practices and so on. Though some educators and researchers suggest that the validity of SEC model might be limited,it has many practical applications. Our country should learn and imitate SEC model to provide valuable information for educational and teaching reform.
