摘 要:高职教师实践教学能力的水平高低直接关系到实践教学的效果。要实现学生的专业培养目标,就必须提升教师的实践教学能力。目前存在着"双师"教师评定标准不清、教师精力不专一、管理和考核的欠缺等问题,为此,要采取新入职教师的岗前培训,发挥企业兼职教师作用,加强教师专业核心技能培训,进行教学单元设计竞赛,结对子培养,完善挂职锻炼制度等措施,提高教师的实践能力。Higher vocational teachers' practical teaching ability is directly related to the effects of practice teaching. In order to realize the students' professional training goal, it must improve teachers' practical teaching ability. At present the problems such as unclear "double" teachers evaluation criteria, not concentrating on the work, the lack of management and evaluation exist, therefore, it needs to conduct new teachers' pre-service training, give play to the role of enterprise part-time teachers,strengthen teacher's professional core skill training, develop teaching unit design competition, cultivate by one to one, and perfect the exercising system by taking a temporary post, so as to improve teachers' practice ability.
