摘 要:目前,动物源食品中的兽药残留问题引起了世界各国的广泛关注,发展快速、简便、高灵敏度、高通量的兽药残留检测技术已成为迫切需要。介绍了理化分析法、免疫法、生物传感器法等检测技术在兽药残留检测中的应用现状与发展,并展望了兽药残留检测技术在今后的发展方向。提出今后兽药残留分析检测技术的发展方向为:更高的灵敏度和更低的检出限,更高的选择性、特异性和抗干扰能力,单位时间内分析更多样品,同时测定多种残留的兽药,前处理和测定的一体化;更多联用技术的发展;减少污染、实现环境友好。加强兽药残留筛选、定量、确证3个层面分析方法的开发和研究。Recently, the problem of veterinary drug residues in animal derived food has drawn wide attention in the world. It is imperative to develop rapid, simple, highly sensitive, and high-throughput analytical methods for veterinary drug residues.The development and application of physical and chemical analysis, immune and biosensor detection technology of veterinary drug residues were introduced. Possible future directions in the analytical methods used for veterinary drug residues were also outlined. It is put forward that the development directions of veterinary drug residue analysis testing technology are higher sensitivity and lower detection limit, higher selectivity and specificity and anti-interference ability, analyze more samples per unit time, determine the remains of a variety of veterinary medicine at the same time,realize the integration of pretreatment and determination, develop more combination technologies; reduce pollution and realize the environment friendly, and the screening of veterinary drug residue, and quantitative and corroborate should be further developed and researched.
