摘　　要：1引言 Muntz于1914年首先考虑了Muntz系统{xn}n=1在C[0，1]中的稠密性问题，建立了著名的Muntz定理，从而将Weierstrass定理推广到了更一般的情形．In the present paper, we give the global and pointwise estimates of the approximation by weighted Miintz rational approximation for functions with singularities at endpoints. Furthermore, we consider the weighted approximation （A.） for smoothness functions by the rational functions in Rn , and show that the approximation rate is sharper than that by the usual weighted Miintz approxima- tion in Rn （A）
