农村基础教育改革的困境和出路

摘　　要：改革开放以来,新时期农村基础教育改革面临着新的机遇和挑战。怎样摆脱改革过程中遇到的困境,寻求一条出路是我们需要着力思考并亟待解决的问题。本文首先分析了农村基础教育改革过程中遇到的困境,其次提出摆脱改革困境所能采取的几点建议。关注教育均衡发展,提高素质教育质量,加强教师队伍建设,努力开创具有中国特色的农村基础教育改革之路。Since the reform and opening up, the elementary edu- cation reform in rural areas has faced with new opportunities and challenges. How to get rid of the problems during the process of reform and seek a way out is what we need to think deeply. This essay firstly points out problems in elementary reform and then puts forward several suggestions to solve the problems. We need to pay more attention to the balanced development of basic edu- cation, the improvement of quality education, and the construc- tion of teachers＇ team, in order to create a path of rural elementary education reform with Chinese characteristics.
