摘 要:为了辅助煤矿井下电机车安全驾驶,设计了一套完整的电机车主动避撞系统。该系统基于危险系数ε划分报警和制动等级,建立了一套适合煤矿井下的安全距离模型和检测算法。该系统可以根据当前行驶速度与跟车距离,计算所需要的安全制动距离和危险系数,实现分级报警与制动,并且结构简单,抗干扰能力强,能够适应井下恶劣的工况条件,与新旧车都具有很好的兼容性,可以大大降低电机车追尾或迎面撞车的可能性,为井下安全生产提供了保障。同时,此系统具有"时效管理"子系统,随时可以改变工作状态,具有足够的人性化,保证了司机控制的优先权。适合在煤矿井下进行推广。A motor vehicle collision avoidance system was designed for driver-assist in the safe transportation of coal mine. The system defined the warning and braking grade based on the risk coefficient ε, and established a set of safety distance model and target detection algorithm available for underground coal mine. The system could calculate the required safety braking distance and the risk coefficient and realize grading alarm and brake in terms of current speed and the distance with the car. With simple construction and great anti-interference performance, it adjusted to poor underground conditions and was compatible with both new and old vehicles, so as to greatly reduce the possibility of collision and guarantee safe production. Furthermore, the time-sensitive management subsystem can change the operating condition whenever necessary, which was humanized enough to maintain absolute priority of the driver. This vehicle collision avoidance system was recommendable to be used in underground coal mine .
