摘 要:中国教育的现代化不仅是传统教育的自我更新过程,更是吸收融合国外先进教育的求索过程。发端于牛津大学的导师制教学,作为一种理念先进、普适性强的国外教育模式,可供国内的高职英语教育选择性地吸收融合。高职英语教育在核心教学理念上追求"职业英语心智"的培养,这与导师制教学"批判性心智"的培养息息相通。在"心智培养"这一共通理念下,导师制的小组教学、任务式教学、诊断式教学、情感式教学都可供高职英语教育吸收借鉴。The modernization of Chinese education is not only the natural renewal process of traditional education, but also the process of absorbing and integrating foreign advanced education. As a kind of foreign education mode with advanced concepts, strong universality, the tutor system teaching beginning from Oxford University, can become a selectivity to use for reference for higher vocational English education in China. Higher vocational English education pursue the cultivation of the "vocational English mind" in core teaching concept, which connected to the cultivation of"the critical mind"of tutor system. Under the common concept of "mental cultivation", higher vocational English education can absorb and take example by the team teaching, task-type teaching, diagnostic teaching and emotive teaching of tutorial system.
