摘　　要：建立适合器官系统整合课程体系的教学运行模式是教学管理人员的重要课题,通过建立各职能部门和人员的工作职责、建立明晰的教学运行流程、构建新的教学理念和模块教学团队等形式,采取多种措施避免一些负面影响,实现了积极的运行成高效。The establishment of suitable teaching operation mode of organ system integration of curriculum system is an impor- tant task of teaching managers. Through establishing responsibilities of functional departments, clear teaching process, con- structing new teaching ideas module and teaching team and other forms, we took various measures to avoid some negative effects, so as to achieve positive and efficient operation.
