摘　　要：在幼儿园教师培训中，观念更新是最为核心的问题之一。依据奎因的信念理论，幼儿园教师培训应重视教师个体信念网的建构及核心信念的更新、信念性质的监控，在培训方式上应关注幼儿园教师个体高阶信念的形成。Updating concepts is one of the most important issues in kindergarten teachers＇ training. Based on Quine＇s Belief Theory, kindergarten teachers＇ training should pay attention to the construction of teachers＇ personal belief network, renew of core beliefs as well as the monitoring of belief nature. The training method should focus on the orientation of teachers＇ higher-order beliefs.
