摘  要:为了探讨诺尼果汁总酚、总黄酮含量与抗氧化相关性及其抗氧化的物质基础,以市售6种诺尼果汁为材料,采用分光光度法测定总酚和总黄酮含量,DPPH法、ABTS法和FRAP法评价抗氧化活性。结果表明,Tht-3、西沙诺尼和Tht-4总酚含量较高,Tht-5和西沙诺尼总黄酮含量明显高于其它产品。诺尼果汁多酚含量与3种方法测得的抗氧化数据具有显著正相关性(r=0.858~0.902),由此推断多酚是诺尼果汁主要的抗氧化物质。In order to investigate the correlation between total phenols and total flavonoids content and antioxidant activities in six kinds of noni juice, total phenols and total flavonoids content were determinated by Uv-Visible spectrophotometer, antioxidant activities were evaluated by DPPH scavenging assay, ABTS scavenging assay and total antioxidant capacity assay. The results showed that total phenol content was higher in Tht-3, Xisha and Tht-4 and the content of total flavonoids in Tht-5 and Xisha were higher than that of other products. Antioxidant activity of different noni juice was significantly positively correlated with total phenols content and proved (r =0.858-0.902) that polyphenol was the main antioxidant substances in noni juice.
