摘　　要：高职教育的特色是培养服务于生产和管理第一线需要的发展型、复合型高素质的技能人才。基于"校中厂"的订单式人才培养是充分利用校企各自优势资源,联合培养人才,达到人才培养的目标。文中在研究订单式人才培养内涵的基础上,分析了东莞职业技术学院物流管理专业顺丰订单班的运作情况,总结出可复制推广的相关经验。The characteristic of higher vocational education is to train the developing type, compound,high quality skilled personnel meeting demands of enterprise. The training of order-type talents based on school and enterprise resources is cultivating talents, reaching the goal of talents cultivation. Based on studying of training of order-type talents talent, this thesis analyzes the operation of ＇shunfeng order class＇ in Dongguan Polytechnic, sums up the experience can be replicated.
