摘　　要：选取水族地区中小学为研究对象,采用抽样调查、访谈法和文献分析法,对该地区数学校本教研现状从五个维度进行调研分析,挖掘突出问题,探索构建校本教研的"八步一体"模式。Taking the primary schools and high schools in Shui minority areas as object and adopting the methods of sample survey, interview and literature analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of school-based mathematics educational research in this areas from five dimensions, extracts the salient problems and explores the ＂eight steps and one subject＂ model to construct school-based educa- tional research.
