摘 要:甜菜废粕是甜菜制糖的副产物,是良好的食用、药用植物活性多糖来源。文中以甜菜废粕为原料,采用高温高压法对甜菜废粕多糖的提取工艺条件进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺条件为:固液比1∶30(g∶m L),温度115℃,时间4 h,在此条件下多糖得率为23.89%。采用高效凝胶渗透色谱法测定多糖的分子质量分布为337224.41、33 484.53和0.74 k Da。甜菜废粕多糖主要含有酸性多糖和中性多糖,同时还含有少量的阿魏酸和蛋白质。体外抗氧化实验表明,甜菜废粕粗多糖具有明显的抗氧化活性。Sugar beet-pulp is a by-product of sugar production and is a good source of edible,medical plant active polysaccharide. In this paper,polysaccharides extraction from beet pulp was studied by high temperature and pressure. The optimum technological conditions were: the ratio of the solid to liquid was 1∶ 30,the temperature was115 ℃ and the time was 4h. Under the above conditions,the yield of extracting polysaccharide was reached to23. 89%. The polysaccharide molecular weight distribution by high gel permeation chromatography and chemical composition were determined. The result shows the relative molecular of beet pulp polysaccharide was 337 224. 41 k Da,33 484. 53 k Da and 0. 74 k Da,respectively. Polysaccharide extracted from sugar beet pulp by high temperature and pressure was mainly composed of neutral sugar and acid sugar,and a small amount of ferulic acid and protein. Beetpulp polysaccharide had strong antioxidant activities.
